Tom Coolen needs no introduction.  Multiple championships, and coach of the year awards following an incredibly successful coaching career bring the Spartans a level of professionalism few could match.

Neil Liston has extensive experience in player development and scouting in leagues like the QMJHL, NAHL and Canadian Junior A.  He has been assisting players make the next level transition in North America for more than fifteen years.  A coach and mentor to many players around the world Liston is well traveled in Europe.  Those European connections will help PCZ Spartans players reach their professional playing goals as they graduate.
